How do I register my club for a tournament?

Create an account, verify your email, set up your club profile, add players with their documents, then select a tournament and complete the payment process.

What documents do I need to register players?

Each player requires a birth certificate for age verification. Additional documents like identity documents or medical certificates may be required depending on the tournament.

How are age divisions determined?

Age divisions (U8, U10, U12, U14, U16) are determined by the player's birth date relative to the tournament's cutoff date. The system automatically calculates eligibility.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers from various Indonesian banks including BCA, Mandiri, BNI, and BRI. After payment, upload your payment proof for verification.

How long does payment verification take?

Payment verification typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your payment is approved or if additional information is needed.
